'Council to consider rental-inspection ordinance (Pontiac Daily Leader) Acting on a suggestion from the Livingston County Homeless Coalition, the Pontiac City Council agreed Monday to consider an ordinance for inspection of Rental properties, targeted at landlords with multiple properties with health and safety violations.
